Terms and Conditions (T&C)

1. Scope These Terms and Conditions (T&C) apply to all orders placed through our online store. By placing an order, you agree to these T&C.

2. Contractual Partner The purchase contract is concluded with ryujin, info@ryujinstore.com.

3. Contract Conclusion The presentation of products in the online store does not constitute a legally binding offer. The contract is concluded when you place a binding order by clicking the order button for the items in your shopping cart.

4. Prices and Shipping Costs All prices are final prices and include the statutory value-added tax. In addition to the stated prices, we charge shipping costs, which are displayed during the order process.

5. Delivery Please allow us up to 3 business days for us to verify and process your order. Delivery typically takes an additional 7-14 business days. For international shipments, please allow 7-21 days for delivery, depending on the destination and chosen delivery service.

6. Payment Payment can be made by credit card, PayPal, or other payment methods offered in the store. The invoice amount is due immediately.

7. Right of Withdrawal You have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days without giving any reason. Further details about the right of withdrawal can be found in our [Refund Policy].

8. Warranty The statutory warranty rights apply. In the event of defects in the delivered goods, you have the right to either rectification or replacement delivery.
